Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Acquisition Coordinator located in Bali. The role supports the Regional Acquisition Manager in managing and growing the company's client portfolio. This role is responsible for assisting in business negotiations, preparing commercial proposals, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure successful partnerships and sustainable revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and commercial contract handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to prepare clear and persuasive business proposals and presentations.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Bali
