We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Business Analyst (Trade Finance) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will bridge business objectives with technology solutions by analyzing business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions within the banking or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions; recommend improvements to achieve business goals.
  • Model business processes to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Support business transitions and assist in establishing change management processes.
  • Prepare end-to-end business models and business proposals.
  • Collaborate with business partners, QAs, developers, and customers to deliver new products, features, and enhancements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and translate business needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry (other industries are welcome).
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with strong motivation and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
  • Experience preparing business decks or proposals.
  • Familiarity with trade/supply chain financing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies for requirement elicitation.
  • Certification in Business Analysis / Business Process Analysis is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work from office.
