We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to provide data-driven insights that support strategic and financial decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with shareholders and the management team to collect, analyze, and interpret data from across the organization turning complex information into actionable reports, forecasts, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and consolidate data from multiple departments (finance, sales, operations, IT) to provide a holistic view of company performance.

  • Clean, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning processes.

  • Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings to management and shareholders.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify performance gaps and potential business opportunities.

  • Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analytics, financial reporting, and data visualization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in a business analyst or data-driven finance role, ideally within a financial services or corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and data analysis methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities; able to translate data into clear, compelling business narratives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Experience with financial modeling or related analytical software is an advantage.
