Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Specialist based in Tangerang or Jakarta Barat, with the flexibility to work from home partially. The Accounting Specialist will handle daily financial transactions, monthly reconciliation, prepare accurate financial statements, maintain and update accounting records, and oversee journal entries. This role will also ensure compliance with financial regulations while supporting budget preparation and financial analysis. Collaboration with internal teams to review financial information is key.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing Financial Statements and managing Journal Entries
  • Proficiency in using Accounting Software and Finance-related tools , Odoo, Gsheets)
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing financial data and identifying trends
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance laws is a plus
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
