Business Performance and Managemen
- Credit proposal Registration (Automatic & Manual):
Ensure for all documents / Material which will table in ECC Meeting already completed and Proper.
- Registration of ECC Circulation ( DA/ Urgent Submission)
- Database for all kind approval ( by ECC Meeting, DA / Urgent Submission) should be proper according the target date of submission. - Update periodically for database of any incoming documents / materials
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensures for all daily / routine works already complied and not opposed with internal policy.
- Responsible for sorting datas which in further will need by external parties ( such as external Auditor, OJK, etc) - Assure data to be given doesn't infringe with internal Policy.
People Management
- Manage Database (Data Sharing) regarding all documents / materials and assure it already proper.
Database for Approval via DA/Urgent Submission with determined target date
- Manage communication with other team regarding fulfilment needs for incompleted documents.
