  • Provide on-site interpretation for meetings, negotiations, and inspections conducted in both Chinese and Indonesian.
  • Translate various documents including production manuals, company policies, business correspondence, and reports.
  • Assist management with daily communication, schedule coordination, and visitor reception.
  • Handle email and telephone correspondence with Chinese clients and suppliers.

  • Support departmental administrative tasks and external duties as required.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Chinese Language, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Chinese; proficiency in standard Mandarin is essential for business and technical translation.
  • Male, aged 22–30, with a valid Indonesian driver's license and proficient driving skills (driving ability is preferred).
  • Study or work experience in China is a strong advantage; familiarity with Chinese culture and business practices is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in translation, assistant roles, or related fields; experience in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Able to work diligently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, with clear communication skills and strong teamwork awareness.
