TCB Programme is one of the graduate programs at CIMB Niaga aimed to build leadership bench-strengths and producing competent, broad-minded, professional bankers in both the National and Regional ASEAN banking industry and other business industries, with the integrity and character aligned with the Bank's Core Values. It is a 24 months' program that designed to develop the knowledge and skills of the TCBian by providing experience, exposure, learning and practical work training.
