Description

Skha Graduate Development Program (SGDP) returns for its second batch as a structured 12-month development program designed for proactive, responsible, and skilled individuals who aspire to build a career in management consulting. As an Associate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to grow and transform into full-time Consultant at Skha.

What SGDP offers:

As an Associate Trainee, you will gain practical experience on real consulting projects, alongside comprehensive professional training in key business and consulting skills.

Through the program, as an Associate Trainee, you will benefit from coaching and mentorship by experienced consultants. It provides a clear pathway to create impact and grow as a consultant with Skha, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time Consultant, supporting substantial professional development.

Requirement

  • Open to graduates (or already have university-issued certificate of completion) with a minimum GPA 3.30, preferably with prior internship experience
  • Strong interest in management consulting
  • Proactive, responsible, and skilled in research and slide-making
  • Fully committed to a 12-month development program

Recruitment Process:

3. FGD Session: You'll engage in a group discussion and will be assessed by panelists

4. Panel Interview: An interview where we'll assess your core consulting competencies

5. Offering Letter: Successful candidates will receive an official offering letter as the final step of the recruitment process
