Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager focused on the food and beverage (F&B) industry, based in Surabaya. Core responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing promotional campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing marketing performance. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The role also involves identifying market trends and opportunities to enhance customer experiences and achieve business growth.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
