Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role based in Denpasar. The Office Administrator will oversee general office operations, manage office equipment, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure efficient workflows. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining communication with team members and clients, and supporting daily business functions to optimize productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to maintain organized and effective office procedures.
- Experience with handling Office Equipment and ensuring its effective operation.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in common office software and tools is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field is advantageous.
