  1. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR & Compliance Manager, Compensation & Benefits Officer, People Development Officer, and Industrial Relations & Legal Officer, particularly in the delivery of HR services to employees and in supporting management and stakeholders as required.
  2. Act as a central coordination point for HR-related correspondence and administration, liaising with internal stakeholders and external bodies (including regulatory authorities, occupational health providers, and professional partners) as required.
  3. Manage departmental procurement administration, including raising purchase requests and tracking approvals for HR and General Administration requirements in line with company procedures.
  4. Administer security clearance and Right to Work documentation processes for flight crew operating company aircraft in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
  5. Coordinate employee medical assessments and occupational health processes, including both scheduled and ad-hoc examinations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and full compliance with applicable Indonesian data protection and confidentiality regulations.
  6. Provide training administration support to the People Development Officer, including: maintaining training records, monitoring validity and expiry dates, and coordinating training schedules and attendance.
  7. Support the Industrial Relations & Legal Officer in maintaining accurate, secure and well-organised physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are properly archived, traceable and easily accessible in accordance with data protection requirements.
  8. Support the Compensation & Benefits function and payroll interface by: maintaining attendance and absence records, processing new starter and leaver documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and preparing standard HR correspondence.
  9. Assist with internal audits, compliance checks and HR reporting across all supported functions.
