Job Descriptions:

  • Synergize and describe the Internal Control system from head quarter to be implemented at Indonesia

  • Directing, synergizing and creating an Audit/Checklist/Guidance system for cross audits in the Self Assessment.

  • Plan, evaluate and implement the implementation of Self Assessment in the Company's Internal and External.

  • Set Strategy, evaluate and monitor Improvements from the findings of Internal Control activities.

  • Directing, evaluating and making improvements to SOPs and company policies including Business Ethics.

  • Directing and organizing all departments for the implementation of follow-up corrective actions in accordance with the findings of the Internal Control Audit

  • Planning, monitoring, reporting and handling all company permits

  • Manage strategies, control and plan the manufacture and/or extension of permits for all production facilities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Controlling, identifying Industrial Operational permits as a whole in accordance with applicable laws and regulations with the aim of updating the company's operational permits.
  • Directing, controlling and updating permits related to Marketing and Sales (Export & Import) activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations with the aim of creating a smooth process for the company's Export & Import activities.
  • Directing, monitoring and reporting all reports related to company licensing in accordance with company policies with the aim of smoothing and meeting targets set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Law.
  • At least 5 years of working experience of Legal and Compliance in industrial/ manufacturing sector.
  • Has advocates license
  • Proficient in English and good communication skills.
