Job Brief

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function according to our client's specifications. You will work closely with our UI/UX designers, copywriters, and other developers to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web applications.
  2. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
  3. Create website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP practices.
  4. Preferably WordPress advanced skills, Shopify expert, also AI and automation skill (ex., N8N, Openwebui, etc)
  5. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
  6. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  7. Create and maintain software documentation.
  8. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
  9. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of junior web developers, ui/ux designers, and SEO experts.

Requirements

  1. Min 28 years old
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  3. At least 5 years of website development.
  4. Proven experience in team leadership and management.
  5. Proven working experience in web programming.
  6. Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
  7. Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails.
  8. A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.
  9. Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object-oriented programming, and web application development.
  10. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools.
  11. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes.
  12. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.

  14. Working Hours:
    8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

  15. Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
