Job Responsibilities :

  • Managing and controlling company's cash flow, which includes incoming and outgoing flow of funds, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reviewing and preparing company's financial performance reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Budgets).
  • Organizing financial data into usable information and maintaining updated records including accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions, ensuring all financial information is recorded accurately.
  • Overseeing every process of collecting and analyzing all corporate finance, accounting, and tax information.
  • Maintain accurate and timely inventory records while closely monitoring the company's inventory levels.
  • Participating in tax checking and assessment.
  • Implementing Finance, Accounting, Tax policy and procedures in accordance with the company's target
  • Conduct financial analyses and related assessments to identify joint marketing strategies with other divisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to improve networking, facilitate information exchange, and enhance services for existing customers and clients.

Requirements :

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Logistics (Freight Forwading)
  • Understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and taxation.
  • Proficient in creating financial reports using Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems to achieve clear results.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of working independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative.
  • Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and skilled in building positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Willing to be located in Surabaya
