NATIONAL Key Account Manager – FMCG Tissue Products

Location base : Surabaya

We are fast growing tissue manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to strengthen market position in Indonesia

The Successful Applicant Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Key Account Management, in sales or trade marketing
  • Strong track record of handling National Key Accounts in FMCG/retail/distributors
  • Experiences in negotiating trading term with large retail chain is highly preferred
  • Excellent in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding in digital marketing platform is an attractive advantage
  • Able to manage complexity in fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skill with ability to understand sales and market data
  • Persistent, Target/ result driven oriented with relationship driven, customer focus
  • Strong Leadership with high integrity and accountability
  • Experience in managing key account team
  • Strong networking with high level PIC of the key accounts.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Available to travel across Indonesia area
Job Description
  • Manage and grow National Key Account (MT, Distributor, national retailers)
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales target and profitability.
  • Analise sales performance and account profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and profitability guidelines
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, pricing strategy, listings and promotional programs
  • Set up and manage promotional budget, evaluate ROI for trade activities
  • Achieve service level commitments target
  • Provide insight on market trends, competitor activities & customer needs, use data to drive decisions.
  • Build strong relationship with national buyers, category managers and decision maker
