Job Description

  • As The Senior Product Manager, You Will Play A Pivotal Role In Shaping The Future Of Conversational AI. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Product Vision: Develop And Articulate A Clear Product Vision And Strategy For Talkbot With LLM Capabilities, Aligning It With Company Objectives.
  • Roadmap Management: Create And Manage A Product Roadmap, Setting Priorities And Timelines To Deliver Key Features And Enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate With Engineering, Design, Data Science, And Sales Teams To Drive Product Development And Ensure Successful Product Launches.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct Market Research And Analysis To Identify Customer Needs, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscapes.
  • User-Centric Design: Champion User-centric Design Principles To Create Intuitive And Impactful Conversational AI Experiences.
  • Product Performance: Monitor Product Performance, Gather User Feedback, And Iterate On Product Features For Continuous Improvement.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive Revenue Growth By Identifying Opportunities For Product Expansion And Upselling Within Existing Customer Bases.

Requirement

  • Proficiency in B2B solution/SaaS (Software as a Service) products
  • Previous experience with target customer sector within the banking/Fintech/Payments or E-commerce
  • While not mandatory, experience in AI/Chatbot/Talkbot products is a bonus.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
  • Fluent communication in English
