The Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS team revolutionizing operations in construction and facility management. As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, driving execution, and delivering impactful features that solve real-world problems for users across construction, civil infrastructure, and Class A facilities. You'll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and stakeholders to bring product visions to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features end to end.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to shape product direction and priorities.
  • Own product documentation—crafting clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Measure product performance post-launch, draw insights, and lead iterative improvements.
Ideal Profile:
  • You have 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in early stage B2B SaaS environments.
  • You've hands on experience building and launching products in industries like construction tech, logistics, or facility management.
  • You have deep expertise in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • You're highly analytical, customer-centric, and experienced in turning insights into strategic decisions.
  • You thrive in cross-functional, remote fast paced environments and build with clarity and vision.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence key decision makers.
