Job Description

  • Tax Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align tax strategies with the organization's business goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting in line with all regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Compliance & Reporting:Oversee tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns (corporate, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all statutory and regulatory tax filings in various jurisdictions.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Brevet A & B ).
  • 10+ years of experience in tax, including at least 5 years in a leadership role (Head of Tax, Tax Director).
  • Strong understanding of corporate tax compliance, reporting, and strategy.
  • Experience with international tax matters (transfer pricing, tax treaties, etc.) for multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of current tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
