Dibutuhkan segara Customer Care Assouciate untuk ketiga cabang sebagai berikut:

  • Batu Belig (Kuta Utara)
  • Nusa Dua (Kuta Selatan)
  • Bypass Dharma Giri Gianyar

Job Deskripsi:

  • Memberikan pelayanan terbaik dengan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan, lalu menawarkan solusi yang sesuai.
  • Menyediakan berbagai pilihan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.
  • Membangun hubungan positif dengan pelanggan untuk menjaga loyalitas dan kepercayaan.
  • Menjaga ketersediaan dan tampilan produk agar selalu rapi, menarik, dan informatif, baik di toko maupun online.
  • Memastikan semua informasi produk jelas, akurat, dan mudah dipahami.

Kualifikasi:

  • Punya minat dan pengetahuan di bidang kesehatan atau peralatan medis (nilai tambah, tidak wajib).
  • Energik, senang berinteraksi, dan semangat membantu pelanggan.
  • Komunikatif, persuasif, dan mudah membangun hubungan baik dengan siapa saja.
  • Lincah, cepat beradaptasi, dan mampu mencari solusi ketika ada masalah.
  • Suka kerja tim, terbuka untuk belajar, dan mau berkembang bersama perusahaan.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Cabang Batu Belig (Kuta Utara), Nusa Dua (Kuta Selatan) atau Gianyar
