Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bali. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales to meet store targets. The Sales Associate will also maintain store displays, stock merchandise, and ensure a welcoming and organized store environment. Additionally, the role includes staying informed about the latest products and promotions to better serve customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Customer engagement skills, including excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Sales and marketing skills to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to promotional activities
  • Basic organizational and inventory management skills to ensure proper stock levels and store tidiness
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the industry
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Basic Conversation in English
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a background in business or related fields is advantageous
