Planning Supervisor

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  • Menyusun jadwal pelaksanaan proyek (master schedule / baseline schedule) berdasarkan kontrak kerja.
  • Menyusun Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) untuk setiap paket pekerjaan.
  • Menyusun cash flow projection proyek sesuai target RAB.
  • Menyusun jadwal mingguan dan bulanan berdasarkan progres aktual di lapangan.
  • Menganalisis penyimpangan antara rencana dan realisasi (delay analysis).
  • Menentukan langkah perbaikan (recovery plan) untuk keterlambatan proyek.
  • Memastikan aktivitas proyek berjalan sesuai prioritas waktu & sumber daya.
  • Mengontrol progres fisik dan keuangan proyek secara berkala.
  • Menghitung Earned Value Management (EVM) untuk menilai efisiensi proyek.
  • Mengidentifikasi risiko keterlambatan dan memberikan rekomendasi mitigasi.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim QS, Procurement, dan Site terkait jadwal material dan subkontraktor.
  • Menghadiri rapat koordinasi proyek mingguan dan membuat laporan progress meeting.
  • Memberikan dukungan data perencanaan untuk tender & evaluasi proyek baru.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Industri, Arsitek, Manajemen Proyek.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal3 tahun di bidang Project Planning / Schedulling Konstruksi
  • Mampu menyusun struktur pekerjaan dengan detail dan sistematis.
  • Mampu menghitung proyeksi cash flow proyek berdasarkan progress.
  • Menguasai metode kontrol progres dan pembuatan laporan proyek.
  • Mampu mengidentifikasi risiko dan membuat recovery plan.
  • Memahami urutan dan metode pekerjaan sipil, arsitektur, dan MEP.
  • Mampu membaca gambar teknis (struktur & arsitektur).
