PT. Yilin Aguatech Indonesia is a China-USA joint company in Batam since 2019, we are manufacturing Irrigation products such as Sprayers and Pumps for USA market. Now we are looking for Production Supervisor / Planner.  The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Align production schedules with machine and labor availability.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to optimise workflow and resource utilisation.
  • Establish production priorities for urgent or high-value orders.
  • Monitor production progress and identify any potential bottlenecks or issues.
  • Communicate with production teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve any problems.
  • Analyse production data and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Implement and maintain production control systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly material requirements planning (MRP) file.
  • Update BOM which is downloaded from system into material requirements planning (MRP) file.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder in management or any related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisor / production control / planning role in manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent communicate in Mandarin and English in a professional level.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve production related issues.
  • Good at learning and quick in thinking & be serious and responsible for work.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and as well as communicate well with other departments.
