Responsibilities:
Bertanggung jawab terhadap kelancaran operasional produksi Bakery/Pastry mencakup pembuatan produk, standardisasi produk, ketepatan produk, keberhasilan kerjasama tim produksi, pelatihan tim, hingga kebersihan ruang produksi sesuai standardisasi yang telah ditetapkan.
Requirement:
1) Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam memimpin produksi Bakery/Pastry
2) Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman produksi Bakery/Pastry yang mencakup produk Roti Eropa, Roti Asia, Croissant, Donut dan lainnya
3) Mempunyai skill dalam berkomunikasi yang baik terhadap tim kerja, manajemen, dan konsumen
4) Mampu bekerjasama secara team work, serta mempunyai kemampuan leadership dan organization skill yang baik
5) Mempunyai sifat "sense of belonging" (rasa kepemilikan) yang tinggi
