Responsibilities
‎

‎Lead and direct the overall copywriting strategy across digital platforms especially on Comment Section (TikTok, Instagram, e-commerce, etc.).

‎Develop and maintain the brand's tone of voice and storytelling to ensure relevance and consistency across all channels.

‎Write and edit engaging, persuasive, and conversiondriven copy for social media content, KOL campaigns, and brand activities.

‎Analyze audience insights, trends, and sentiment to translate findings into impactful creative direction.

‎Collaborate closely with KOL Team, Social Media, and Brand teams to ensure message alignment and strong campaign execution.

‎Supervise the quality and consistency of copy produced by the team, providing constructive feedback and creative mentoring.

‎Build effective engagement strategies through captions, comment replies, and storytelling that enhance audience interaction.

‎Ensure all written materials align with marketing objectives, brand tone, and campaign goals.

‎Manage content priorities, schedules, and workflow efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements
‎

‎Background in copywriting, brand communication, or social media strategy.

‎Deep understanding of e-commerce conversion dynamics and KOL marketing.

‎Proven experience in creative content writing or digital campaign messaging.

‎Analytical mindset to track and interpret audience behavior and response patterns.

‎Experience mentoring or training team members is a plus.

‎Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant creative or marketing role preferred.

‎Strong time-management skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

‎Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English (clear, persuasive, and adaptive writing).

‎Ability to craft engaging, empathetic, and conversion-driven copy for digital audiences.

‎Excellent sense of tone, audience psychology, and storytelling for social media (especially TikTok)

‎Skilled in comment and community engagement strategies.

‎Proficient in analyzing sentiment and translating insights into creative direction.

‎Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and guide a small creative team.

‎Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce ecosystems.

‎Understanding of KOL/influencer marketing and its impact on brand credibility and conversions.

‎Highly organized, able to handle high-volume content with consistency and attention to detail.
