Business Development Senior Staff

We are a growing wood manufacturing company with a strong export orientation. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong initiative to drive business growth and market development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and potential business leads.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure strategy alignment and project execution.
- Create and implement promotional and business development strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
- Support business targets through innovative and professional approaches.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the furniture or wood manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent) and familiar with social media or digital marketing tools.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Age between 28–34 years old.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking, with proven leadership potential.
