Position Summary
The Central Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, standardizing, and scaling the company's brand, marketing, and growth strategy across all territories.
This role is highly strategic and operates at a company-wide level, focusing on frameworks, playbooks, governance, and direction rather than daily local execution. The Central Marketing Manager enables territory teams to execute faster, more consistently, and in alignment with company objectives and brand standards.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and evolve the company's brand narrative, value proposition, and core messaging framework.
- Own and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels and markets.
- Ensure brand consistency across products, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Growth Strategy & Company-wide Campaigns
- Design and lead platform-wide acquisition and growth initiatives.
- Orchestrate multi-channel, multi-market marketing campaigns.
- Partner with leadership on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for major launches and initiatives.
Performance Marketing Framework
- Define strategic standards for SEO, SEM, paid media, and funnel optimization.
- Set benchmarks and targets for CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Oversee performance at a strategic level, ensuring alignment with company growth goals.
Marketing Playbooks & SOPs
- Develop marketing playbooks, SOPs, and best practices for territory and execution teams.
- Create scalable toolkits, templates, and execution guidelines.
- Act as the central source of truth for marketing standards and processes.
Creative Direction
- Set creative direction for campaigns, content, and marketing assets.
- Build scalable and reusable creative systems and templates.
- Review and approve creative and messaging to ensure brand compliance.
PR & Corporate Communications
- Own company-wide PR, media relations, and corporate communications strategy.
- Manage press releases and key company announcements in alignment with leadership.
Digital Assets & Social Media
- Own standards and strategic direction for the website, landing pages, and digital content.
- Lead strategy and governance for the company's official social media presence.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate closely with CEO and leadership team on brand direction and growth priorities.
- Work with Product, BPM, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing Operations for alignment and enablement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors including agencies, media, PR, and production partners.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles, preferably in startup or scale-up environments.
- Experience owning or contributing to company-wide brand, marketing, or growth strategy.
- Proven experience building marketing frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, or standardized processes.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals including SEO, SEM, paid media, CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics.
- Ability to evaluate marketing performance and set benchmarks at a strategic level.
- Experience partnering closely with senior leadership on GTM initiatives, campaigns, or brand direction.
- Strong strategic thinking with a systems and governance-oriented mindset.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing direction and execution guidelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with sound brand and creative judgment.
- Clear and effective communication skills across teams and functions.
