Work Responsibilities:Campaign Analysis: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the marketing team.ROI Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize return on investment (ROI).A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements. Utilize test results to inform campaign optimization.Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders. Identify and communicate key insights from the data.Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation.Keyword and Audience Research: Perform keyword research and audience analysis to inform ad targeting and content strategies. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and achieve campaign objectives.Project Management: Supports project managers/team lead in overseeing progress, client communication, and meeting coordination to ensure smooth cross-team execution. Capable of capturing and validating client needs and effectively briefing the internal team for follow-up actions.Client Facing: Serves as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships. Confident in leading discussions and understanding client needs. Agile mindset: Demonstrates adaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment, quickly adjusting to evolving client needs and project priorities. Proactive in finding solutions and maintaining efficiency amid changing circumstances.Preferred to have background knowledge on Google products and/or be able to grasp and learn new concepts quickly and in depth.Preferred to have experience in digital marketing fields.Communication Skills - Ability to communicate in clear and concise terms. Leadership Responsibilities.Commits to spending daily time in personal development and growth.Ability to work with minimal supervision and keep supervisors informed.Able to motivate themselves to learn new concepts quickly and in depth.Able to be proactive with given tasks.  Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related role.Experience in the tech, consulting, e-commerce, or financial services industry is highly valued.Experience collaborating with performance marketing or growth marketing teams is a strong advantage.Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.Skilled in analytical tools such as Python, R, or advanced Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling).Familiar with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks.Strong understanding of product metrics like conversion rate, retention, churn, LTV, CAC, and ROI.Solid understanding of performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.Experience in analyzing and optimizing marketing campaign performance using data.Knowledge of channel attribution models, marketing effectiveness measurement, and budget optimization based on data insights.Comfortable working closely with marketing teams to align performance initiatives with product goals.Strong business acumen with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.Product-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
