  • Melakukan pendekatan kepada brand kategori Elektronik / Home Living untuk kerja sama campaign commission dan endorsement.

  • Melaksanakan negosiasi dan menjalin kerja sama dengan brand partner.

  • Mengelola hubungan serta activation brand yang bekerja sama dengan MCN Haluan (end-to-end).

  • Melakukan monitoring campaign untuk memastikan objektif dan target tercapai.

  • Menyusun laporan dan melakukan analisis campaign dengan fokus pada profit dan performance.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pengalaman di Business Development / KOL / Agency / E-commerce menjadi nilai tambah.

  • Memahami industri Shopee, campaign brand, dan influencer marketing.

  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik, serta mampu menyusun laporan dengan rapi.

  • Terampil menggunakan Google Workspace dan memiliki kemampuan dasar desain (Canva).

  • Proaktif, profesional, mampu beradaptasi (agile), dan memiliki komitmen tinggi terhadap target serta deadline.
