Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengelola proses pengadaan barang impor khusus untuk: Komputer dan Perlengkapan Komputer - Hardware , Suku Cadang Elektronik , Peralatan Telekomunikasi
  • Negosiasi dengan supplier luar negeri terkait harga, kualitas, pengiriman, dan terms of payment.
  • Mengurus dokumen impor: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, COO, PIB, PEB, HS Code, serta dokumen Lartas.
  • Memahami & mengurus kewajiban pajak impor (bea masuk, PPN, PPh impor, VAT, dsb.).
  • Berkoordinasi dengan forwarder, bea cukai, surveyor, dan instansi terkait untuk kelancaran proses custom clearance.
  • Memastikan barang tiba tepat waktu dan sesuai kebutuhan proyek/perusahaan.
  • Membuat laporan, analisis biaya, dan rekomendasi untuk efisiensi proses purchasing import.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Manajemen, Ekonomi, Logistik, Akuntansi, atau jurusan relevan).
  • Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang purchasing import (IT hardware, elektronik, telekomunikasi).
  • Menguasai regulasi impor Indonesia, HS Code, PIB/PEB, Lartas, serta aturan perpajakan impor.
  • Wajib fasih berbahasa Inggris (lisan & tulisan) untuk komunikasi dengan vendor internasional.
  • Fasih Bahasa Mandarin akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Mahir Microsoft Office; pengalaman ERP/SAP menjadi nilai plus.
  • Keterampilan: negosiasi, teliti, komunikatif, proaktif, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline.
