**Job description**:

- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Plan shipments based on area coverage
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of loading)
- Controlling & Monitoring driver attendance for coming to warehouse within 30 min before schedule loading time
- Fulfill all driver & motorist report on google sheet and hand over with controller team
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Diploma any related field
- Maximum 35 years old
- Experience in field operation or back office
- Proficient with google sheet
- Have a logistic knowledge
- Willing to work at night shift
- Placement at Warehouse Pasarnow Cisalak, Depok
