Humana International Group is assisting our client, a leading gold mining company, in hiring a highly experienced General Manager – Mining to oversee multi-site operations and ensure efficient, safe, and profitable mining activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15–20 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management or General Manager role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple mining sites with large-scale gold mining operations.
  • Strong operational background with hands-on leadership in production, maintenance, and mine planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of mining processes, safety management, and environmental standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
