  1. Promosi Produk

  2. Menjelaskan fitur, keunggulan, dan manfaat motor listrik kepada calon konsumen.

  3. Mengedukasi pelanggan tentang perbedaan motor listrik dan motor konvensional (misal biaya operasional, ramah lingkungan, charging, dll).

  4. Penjualan Produk

  5. Mencapai target penjualan bulanan.

  6. Membuat penawaran harga, negosiasi, dan closing penjualan.

  7. Manajemen Pelanggan

  8. Mengelola database pelanggan, follow-up prospek, dan menjaga hubungan baik.

  9. Memberikan layanan aftersales sederhana atau menghubungkan dengan layanan resmi.

  10. Marketing Lapangan

  11. Melakukan kunjungan ke area strategis, seperti kurir/logistik, komunitas, atau pusat kendaraan lainnya.

  12. Mengikuti event seperti pameran.

  13. Sales Report

  14. Melaporkan aktivitas penjualan harian/mingguan/bulanan ke sales manager.

  15. Memberikan feedback dari pasar (customer insight) untuk perbaikan produk atau strategi marketing.

Persyaratan:

  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai sales sepeda motor atau kendaraan listrik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan persuasi yang baik, serta kemampuan negosiasi dan closing yang efektif.
  • Jujur, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja target-oriented.
  • Bersedia bekerja di lapangan, termasuk akhir pekan jika ada event promosi.
