Job Description:

  • Drive Pilates Re Bar's brand, profile, and proposition through Corporate sales in line with the market participation strategy and able to get new clients.
  • Developing Customer Databases for New Customers [Corporate / Partnership]
  • Growing the business and ensuring the corporate revenue goals are achieved
  • Conduct market research and analysis, track changing trends, competitors and industry trends with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits.
  • Create, implement, and manage expansive and commercial Corporate sales strategy and management plan that delivers growth targets.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are completed in SOP
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and work towards achieving agreed new business targets
  • Identify areas of improvement and replace ineffective sales strategies and processes with newer more effective ones
  • Reporting: Daily, Monthly

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in selling corporate (B2B Sales experience) in health insurance/ employee benefit / fitness industry
  • Proven very strong track record in acquiring new corporate clients
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Have managerial experience
  • An ability to speak fluent English
  • Strong leadership and team building skill
  • Willing to mobile
