What you'll be doing

  1. Effectively plan, organise and coordinate all MEP-related activities on site
  2. Supervise and mentor a team of MEP technicians and engineers to optimise productivity and quality of work
  3. Liaise closely with the project management team to monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies
  5. Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget, and other key performance metrics
  6. Collaborate with designers, consultants and clients to resolve technical issues and implement innovative solutions
  7. Support the continuous improvement of MEP processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in the MEP industry
  3. Excellent technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods and industry best practices
  4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and contracts
  6. Highly organised, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  8. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
