We are a fast-growing café group and new concepts on the way. We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary innovation and maintain excellence across all branches as we expand.

THE ROLE

You will be the culinary leader, driving quality and growth across all outlets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Menu & Innovation: Design and manage high-impact Western, Italian, Asian Fusion, and Indonesian menus.
  • Operational Control: Oversee daily kitchen management, strict Food Cost (CoGS) control, and maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the culinary teams across multiple outlets.
  • Expansion Readiness: Establish and implement standardized kitchen workflows for new branch openings.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 3 years in an Executive Chef or Head Chef role managing multiple outlets/branches.

· Proven expertise and deep knowledge in Western, Italian, Asian Fusion, and authentic Indonesian cuisine.

· Strong financial acumen, including proven ability to control food cost (CoGS) and manage operational budgets.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

· Experience with kitchen setup and pre-opening procedures for new restaurants/cafes is a major advantage.

· Formal Culinary Degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
