Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional in the IT field to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR generalist with strong strategic and operational capabilities, able to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR development initiatives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding) for diverse roles, especially in the tech field.
  • Strengthen employer branding through online platforms and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support employee well-being initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for both on-site and remote teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Build and manage partnerships with external talent sources.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents while coordinating with internal departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Canva.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work on-site.
  • Available to join immediately or as soon as possible.
