Deskripsi Pekerjaan

*Fullstack Developer  :*

• Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications and responsive web design
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Provide support to internal teams
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers and managers to identify new features

Marketing Communication Staff :

• Effectively create and execute long-term marketing plans and short-term tactical activities,including marketing campaigns, to increase brand image, brand awareness, audience, engagement and revenue
• Determine the channel/platform for communication materials against the planning strategy that has been made so that it can be implemented by the relevant department
• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Monitor and evaluate all marketing campaigns and propose recommendations to get better results

*Talent Acquisition Specialist :*

• Plan and execute the end-to-end recruiting process, including onboard new employees
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Refine sourcing strategy, innovate talent acquisition channel (social media, referral program, etc.)
• Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders, hiring managers and other critical stakeholders in company, providing talent insights and fulfilling current talent needs

*Customer Service :*

Melayani pelanggan maupun calon pelanggan meliputi memberikan informasi, menangani keluhan, serta menjadi penghubung antara pelanggan maupun calon pelanggan dengan perusahaan.

*Legal Staff :*

• Provide legal advice to support the business, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements.
• Manage corporate secretarial matters, including but not limited to filing legal documents/reporting
• Provide day-to-day legal support, including but not limited to secretarial and administrative duties within the legal team, making sure all legal files are fully documented
• Liaise and coordinate with notaries, external lawyers, and government officials in order to successfully execute corporate actions and regulatory compliance
• Working collaboratively with internal and/or external stakeholders

Syarat Pekerjaan

*Fullstack Developer  :*

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Full-Stack Developer
• Proficient Knowledge of WordPress, Javascript, HTML/HTML5, CSS3 and Framework ReactJS
• Proficient Knowledge in Javascript, PHP Framework (Laravel and Codeigniter), REST API, and MySQL
• Proficient Knowledge in NodeJS environment is a plus Comfortable operating in Linux environment
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Excellent understanding of back end service (Microservice and MVC)
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Willing to work on-site

Marketing Communication Staff :

• 1-3 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, e.g. technology/e-commerce companies
• Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing or a related field of study
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Outstanding critical and strategic thinking as well as data analysis
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and a team player

*Talent Acquisition Specialist :*

• Having 1-2 year recruitment experience, preferably has experience as TA specialist/recruiter in head hunter or BPO company
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa
• Having good initiatives and high willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously

*Customer Service :*

• D3/S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika/Ilmu Komputer/Sistem Informasi atau SMK jurusan TKJ
• Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang IT atau digital
• Memiliki pemahaman mengenai internet, hosting, domain, dan server
• Menyukai bidang pelayanan customer
• Memiliki keinginan untuk selalu belajar
• Fleksibel untuk dirotasi ke departemen lain yang masih berkaitan
• Ceria dan selalu semangat
• Bersedia bergabung secepatnya
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Sleman – DIY
• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dengan pengaturan shift:

Shift 1 = 08.00 – 17.00

Shift 2 = 11.00 – 20.00

Shift 3 = 13.30 – 22.30

*Legal Staff :*

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a legal staff
• Working experience in an outsourcing company is a huge plus
• Having strong analytical thinking and initiatives
• Problem-solving skill and prevention point of view for any potential legal issues
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
• Good team player with good communication skills
• Excellent skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research
• Up-to-date with latest regulations and legal best practice
• Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta
