In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past six years.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidate.
  • Assist in job postings and recruitment marketing.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Prepare reports on hiring metrics.
  • Support recruitment events and employer branding.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, HR or related fields.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Passion for recruitment, employer branding and HR.
