Job Description

  • Identify Project's needs, to create technical plan on searching the Candidates and fulfill as the project needs and timeline.
  • Conduct end to end recruitment process from searching candidate, selection and hiring administration.
  • Conduct induction for New Hire
  • Coordination with related Department to prepare the deployment.
  • Maintain data employee and administration process for employee movement.

Qualification

  • Minimal Diploma Degree from any major, preferably from Law.
  • At least more than 2 (two) years' experience as recruitment officer / specialist in Facility Services Management, Outsourcing Management or Mass recruitment.
  • Have a good knowledge and proven experience in recruitment & selection process, especially related to talent/workforce analysis, mass recruitment technique & method in Facility Services Industry.
  • Possess a strong understanding about Talent acquisition trends, attract & selection method, basic labor law in Indonesia.
  • Possess a strong communication skill to be able to perform regular communication regarding to attract the candidate as company's need.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skill, especially when dealing with community case.
  • Willing to work mobile.
