Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and process candidate offer letters based on hiring requests and approved packages.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating hiring data on systems and trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP, Rewards, Hiring Manager) for offer and hiring needs.
  • Maintain and organize digital records of offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Support the team in tracking hiring progress and generating daily/weekly reports.
  • Handle candidate inquiries regarding offer and onboarding processes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in continuous process improvement to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Psychology, or related fields).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in administrative or HR-related roles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel).
  • Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
