About the Role

As the Villa Manager at PINKHOTELS', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional guest experience at our luxurious villa property located in the beautiful North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of villa management, from staff supervision to guest relations and property maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Manage and lead a team of villa staff, including housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance personnel, to ensure consistently high standards of service and cleanliness
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the villa, including managing bookings, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and addressing any guest requests or concerns
  3. Ensure the villa's facilities and amenities are well-maintained and in excellent condition at all times
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the guest experience and improve the overall efficiency of villa operations
  5. Manage the villa's budget and financial records, including invoicing, purchasing, and inventory control
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay
  7. Collaborate with the broader PINKHOTELS' team to promote the villa and participate in marketing and sales activities

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar villa or hotel management role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to anticipate and address guest needs
  4. Proficient in managing budgets, financial records, and inventory control
  5. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  7. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
