This is a Part-Time rolerequires 3 days to WFO (location : Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan)Role Description:Work closely with the CEO and Commercial team to discuss business development and strategic project opportunities, in line with TORAJAMELO's best practice.Create, develop and monitor sales and marketing reports and draw in data to gather business insights.Research and suggest Sales and Marketing automation solutions and reporting toolsConducts research which includes competitive analysis, market research, business developments, and gathering insights to support and innovate TORAJAMELO business functions.Partnership & Opportunity Development : Identify and reach out to potential partners and collaboration opportunities that align with Torajamelo's brand and values.Sales & Revenue Support : Support lead generation, proposals, and follow-ups for B2B projects, bulk orders, and special collaborations.Collaboration & Campaign Execution : Help coordinate and execute partnerships, campaigns, events, and collaborations with internal teams and external partners.Market & Competitor Research : Research market trends, potential partners, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with partners and collaborators.Documentation & Reporting : Track leads, partnerships, and progress, and provide simple updates on BD activities.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Account Management or Project coordination, community partnerships and/or client-facing rolesEducational background from Business Administration/Management/Marketing/Communications/International Business/Entrepreneurship/Economics/Sustainability,Development Studies or Social Sciences (ESG-related partnerships)Good English (spoken & written) --> conversational levelGoogle suite proficiencyAnalytical, data-driven and comfortable working with dataInnovative, creative, and has awareness of recent business developments and/or has the willingness to learn and stay informed on these mattersComfortable & has familiarity in Social Media – Facebook/Instagram/LinkedinPassion for the environment, rural economies, and impact businessesEntrepreneurial attitudeAgile, strong busines mind, ambitious, mature and flexibleThis role required to WFO 3 times a weeksalary IDR depends on experiences)Job Type: Part-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Between scale 1-10 how do you rate your English skills (spoken & written)?If you are selected, how soon will you be able to start working?
