Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machine sales (air compressors, chillers, or similar equipment).
  • Strong B2B sales background in technical / engineering products.
  • Ability to understand machine specifications and explain solutions clearly to customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Owns a personal vehicle + valid driving licence (A/C).
  • Willing to travel around Semarang & nearby areas

Job Description :

  • Find and engage new B2B customers in industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Present solutions for compressors, chillers, and air-treatment systems.
  • Collaborate with the technical/service team for installations and support.
  • Handle the full sales cycle — pipeline, quotation, negotiation, closing.
  • Visit factories, conduct machine checks/evaluations, follow up on opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts
