At Futurescale Digital Technology, we are assembling a Super Core Team that will work directly under the Founder's command, alongside our large execution teams across Indonesia.

This team is not built for volume.

It is built for precision, trust, and real execution.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

You will act as an AI Corporate Consultant (Pre-Sales Focus)

Your mission is to:

  • Engage Founders, CEOs, and Directors
  • Translate business pain into real AI implementation strategy
  • Position AI as business transformation, not tech showcase
  • Shape and qualify high-stakes enterprise conversations
  • Work closely with the Founder and strategic leadership

You do not sell tools.

You do not explain technical details.

You do influence executive decisions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for individuals with :

Strong business intuition

Executive-level communication

Confidence engaging top management

Structured thinking & fast learning ability

Mental resilience (not transactional mindset)

Clear understanding that AI is leverage, not hype

Not noisy about salary, titles, or facilities — understands that real value is built before rewards follow

Comfortable with the reality that early stages may show big effort before visible results
