Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the position of Sales and Marketing Associate. The role includes tasks such as developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to promotional campaigns and initiatives. The position demands active collaboration with internal teams, conducting training sessions, and maintaining effective communication with partners and clients to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
  • Professional experience in customer service and the ability to address client needs with a positive attitude
  • Proven sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in sales and marketing, including the ability to execute strategies and campaigns
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in local and English languages is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the wellness, education, or food and beverage industries is a plus
