Associate Director of Sales - Indonesia

About the Role
SingleInterface is looking for an Associate Director of Sales - Indonesia to drive revenue growth and strengthen our presence across enterprise and multi-location brands. This role is ideal for a senior sales leader who understands tech-enabled marketing solutions, can manage complex B2B sales cycles, and is comfortable working closely with leadership to scale the business.
You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, managing key accounts, and building a strong sales foundation as SingleInterface continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise and strategic account sales across key industries
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and pitching to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth post-sales handover and long-term account growth
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing clients
- Support pricing strategy, proposals, and commercial negotiations aligned with SaaS business models
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles
- Mandatory background in Technology, Digital Marketing, and/or SaaS
- Experience selling marketing technology, SaaS platforms, or API-based solutions
- Strong experience handling B2B enterprise or multi-location clients
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced organization
Preferred/Plus
- Master's degree (S2) in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with subscription-based pricing and recurring revenue models
- Experience collaborating closely with Customer Success for account retention and growth
