Job Description

We are looking for a part-time cook to prepare high-quality breakfast for guests.

The role involves early morning work, focusing on cleanliness, speed, and presentation.

You will ensure that all breakfast dishes are ready on time and the kitchen area remains clean and organized.

Work Hours 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Part-Time, 4 hours daily)

Flexible schedule depending on occupancy.

Requirements

  • Male or Female – must already be based in Bali.
  • Non-smoking candidate (tidak merokok di area kerja maupun selama jam kerja).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook, Breakfast Chef, or Kitchen Assistant.
  • Knowledge of Western and Indonesian breakfast menus (e.g. omelets, pancakes, nasi goreng, mie goreng, fruit platters, etc.).
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Understanding of basic food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Friendly, professional attitude and attention to detail.
  • Basic English preferred for simple guest communication.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast according to menu and guest preferences.
  • Ensure food presentation and portioning meet quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
  • Check and restock ingredients daily.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and clean kitchen area after service.
  • Coordinate with Front Office or Housekeeping if guest breakfast is pre-ordered.
