Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Cook , you will work closely with our Gelato Maker and assist in the preparation and production of a variety of Gelato, Jams, And Caramel . Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all items of Gelato,Jams, and Caramel are prepared according to the established recipes and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Gelato Maker in the preparation and production of Gelato,Jams, and Caramel.
• Measure and mix ingredients, and prepare for Gelato base, Jams, and Caramel.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as mixers, Gelato Machine , and Caramel tools.
• Follow recipes and ensure that all items are prepared with consistency and high quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry section, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook pastry or similar is preferred.
• Knowledge of pastry preparation techniques, ingredients,
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
