Core Responsibilities

  1. Overall planning of production schedules and full-process coordination to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-quantity delivery of orders; optimize production processes to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and per capita productivity.
  2. Lead the 1,000-person team, establish a cross-functional collaboration mechanism, cultivate core management cadres, and build a high-efficiency executive team.
  3. Take the lead in lean production projects (5S, TPM, VSM, etc.), identify bottlenecks and wastes, and promote process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
  4. Ensure the plant complies with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and other relevant standards as well as local regulations; improve the quality management system, and enhance product qualification rate.
  5. Reasonably allocate resources, control production costs, and implement the annual budget.
  6. Establish an EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) management system, implement work safety responsibilities, ensure zero major safety accidents, and meet environmental protection requirements.
  7. Collaborate with the headquarters and supply chain, connect with customer needs, and build a communication bridge between Chinese and Indonesian teams.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
  2. More than 8 years of production and manufacturing experience in the Assembling industry, with over 5 years of plant management experience (currently serving as Production Manager/Plant Manager). Background in SMT, automotive electronics, or consumer electronics is preferred.
  3. Fluent in English (working language) and basic Mandari proficiency (capable of simple daily communication and reading basic Chinese documents).
  4. 40 years old or below (relaxation may be considered for outstanding candidates).
  5. Holding certifications such as IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) is preferred.
  6. Possessing capabilities in large-scale team management, practical lean project experience, and overall operational coordination; strong self-motivation, good pressure resistance, and familiar with cross-cultural collaboration.
