  • Pendidikan Min. SMA - D3 di bidang Pemasaran, Bisnis, atau Perhotelan (semua jurusan)
  • Freshgraduate atau 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales di industry makanan/minuman, khususnya untuk segmen HORECA.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, persuasif, dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan clien.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan tekanan.
  • Memiliki SIM dan kendaraan pribadi (di utamakan).
  • Memiliki Interpersonal Skill & Negotiation Skill yang baik
  • Kemampuan mengoperasikan MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bersedia untuk penempatan di sekitar Jawa Tengah (Solo, semarang, klaten dll)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mencari customer baru (hunting & farming) klien HORECA.
  • Melakukan canvassing dan pendekatan ke hotel, restoran, dan kafe untuk memperluas pangsa pasar.
  • Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan pelanggan HORECA untuk menjaga loyalitas.
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan pengenalan dan penjualan Produk.
  • Menyusun penawaran dan follow-up sampai closing.
  • Memastikan stok produk tersedia untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.
  • Membuat laporan penjualan harian/mingguan dan Follow-up pembayaran dan penagihan sesuai jatuh tempo.
  • Melakukan kunjungan lapangan ke outlet HORECA.
